Comprehensive production and processing of components for industry
RARCO stands for the timely and high-quality production, delivery and assembly, including measurement if required, of conveyor inserts (components), inserts, fixtures as well as welded parts and assemblies including machining such as base and base frame. Milling and turning parts, also large format, are just as part of the spectrum as protective enclosures made of sheet metal.
Our customers include numerous tool and plant manufacturers from the automotive sector (BMW, Opel, Volvo, VW) as well as machine manufacturers such as Paatz Viernau (Heller Group).

Podczas obróbki tworzyw sztucznych technicznych, takich jak PE, PA, POM i PVC, metali nieżelaznych, stali narzędziowej czy stali nierdzewnej, nasze nowoczesne centra obróbcze zawsze wykorzystują najnowsze technologie narzędziowe.

Ob 3-D-Präzisionsbauteile, aufwändige Konturaufnahmen, Musterteile-Fertigung oder einfache Rahmenteile im Unterbau – gerne stellen wir unsere Kompetenz bei der Fertigung von Einzelteilen bis hin zu mittleren Losgrößen von ca. 100 Stück unter Beweis.
Die Übernahme von CAD-Datensätzen über gängige Schnittstellen versteht sich dabei ebenso wie Konstruktion und Programmierung im Haus auf Basis von CATIA-Daten.
Bei der Bearbeitung von technischen Kunststoffen wie PE, PA, POM und PVC, Nichteisenmetallen, Werkzeug- oder Edelstahl durch unsere modernen Bearbeitungszentren setzen wir stets auf den Einsatz neuester Werkzeugtechnologien.

Whether it’s 3D precision components, complex contour fixtures, prototype parts, or simple frame elements for substructures – we are happy to demonstrate our expertise in manufacturing individual parts up to medium batch sizes of approximately 100 units.

Our high-performance, lightweight tools from the automation line enable the use of magnets in places where it was previously not possible.
Our patented magnetic automation technology replaces suction cup lifters/grippers and traditional pin clamps, significantly impacting operating costs, high energy consumption, and downtime.
